  23. 2 tsp Beef Rub
  24. Beef Rub
  25. 1 cup Kosher Salt
  26. 1/4 cup Ground Black Pepper
  27. 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  28. 1 tbsp Ancho Chili Seasoning
  29. 2 tsp Cumin Powder
  30. 1 tsp Celery Salt
  31. 1 tsp Cocoa Powder

  1. Add all the ingredients for the vinegarette in a mixing bowl. Whisk to to thoroughly combine. Cover and let sit at room temp for a couple of hours to let the flavors meld.
